Massage - Each massage therapy session will include a blend of Swedish technique and CLARITY Energy. Essential Oils may be chosen to deepen healing and restoration. Special attention is paid to physical needs and contraindications. Yoga - A slow, healing practice that focuses on grounding, listening, healing and expanding oneself. Yoga can be defined as a spiritual exercise, stretching and strengthening muscles via meditation and movement with breath. Many think it is vital to maintaining balanced emotions, steady creativity and a healthy body thereby making it highly useful for navigating relationships and challenges in life. ~ Shadow ~
Pilates - By utilizing all major muscle groups with balance and control, Pilates helps our clients to begin to appreciate their body through curiosity and acceptance while improving flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Psychotherapy - Deepening our healing in relationship with others and ourselves is often enhanced with "talk therapy", designed to support, clarify, and reframe emotions, mental processes and our reactions/behaviors. Techniques are customized to our clients needs and wishes to help effectively voice or speak for individual traumas, self-concept, beliefs, intentions, spirituality and inner dialogue (self-talk). Spiritual Coaching - Coaching that offers a practical, energetic "awakening" or reconnecting to one's own authenticity and strength with the conscious inclusion of Divine support. Transformational BodyWork - Massage and energy work that can be done in "Tandem" (2 practitioners) or with a single therapist that addresses the entirety of a client's experience of his/her life. A session will often leave clients glowing from the inside out. Energy work aims to nurture the client's relationship with their higher-self or experience of faith. Massage works on stuck emotions, physical memories and recognizes patterns and triggers that have supported a client thus far, but may not be serving the client any longer.
