Caroline is a health coach, personal trainer and member of our wellness and care team.  Through her wide array of educational opportunities, trainings and personal life experiences, Caroline felt compelled to serve and illuminate new pathways for others to deeply connect to their own health and well-being.  She is dedicated to offering a nurturing space, grounded in love and support, that allows her clients to trust their own journey of health and healing. 

With self-care as the priority, Caroline will walk with you, as you awaken your inner wisdom and intuitively listen to your own body with compassion and curiosity.  You will often feel more grounded and centered, discovering a way of living that enables you to heal, nourish and fuel your body, mind, and spirit from the inside out.  

With the gift of practicing and teaching many different forms of movement over the years, Caroline discovered how movement can be a powerful vehicle for self-discovery.  She identified the need for more than just the physical changes one sees with movement.  She found her clients more comfortably connected with their body, feeling more focused, centered, and calm.  Ultimately, she encourages clients to see and feel how movement can be an amazing tool that not only strengthens the mind/body connection in the moment ~ Joyful movement increases inner awareness that expands into life and living well beyond each session. 

When working with Caroline you will have the opportunity to infuse your movement with a blend of pilates, yoga, barre, core work, strength, balance and flexiblity. She also offers self-care sessions based on the restorative MELT Method. As a perfect complement to any wellness program, the sessions are nurturing and supportive, designed to release tension, realign the spine, and encourage the body to heal. You will work with a variety of gentle techniques and tools, such as soft balls and rollers, that are distinctive and effective, addressing the many areas of our body that often harbor stress. 

Currently, Caroline is teaching classes each week Pilates, Pilates & Energy, The MELT Method, & Individual Sessions.
